few.bio is a link-in-bio page builder operated by Encoded LLC, an Ohio limited liability company (OH LLC No. 5680361) ("Encoded", "we", "us", or "our"). These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of few.bio, including your profile page, dashboard, and any related features. By creating an account or using few.bio, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use our services.

When you create a few.bio account, you get a profile page at few.bio/yourname that you can customize with links, themes, banners, fonts, embedded content, and other features we make available. You are responsible for:

You must be at least 16 years old to create or use a few.bio account, including through our Discord bot. By creating an account, you confirm that you meet this minimum age. If we learn that an account belongs to someone under 16, we may disable it and remove the associated personal information, subject to any legal obligation to retain it. Public pages may be viewed without an account.

Your use of few.bio, including the content and links on your page, must comply with our Acceptable Use Policy. We may remove content, disable links or embeds, or restrict a page that violates these terms, our policies, or applicable law.

5. Paid Plans

few.bio offers optional paid plans with additional features, billed through our payment processor, Stripe. Prices, features, and billing terms are described on our pricing page at the time of purchase. Refunds are handled according to our Refund Policy. You can cancel a paid plan at any time; access to paid features continues until the end of the current billing period.

6. Limitation of Liability

We do our best to keep few.bio reliable, but we cannot guarantee it will always work perfectly or be free of interruptions. You use our services at your own risk. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Encoded LLC is not liable for damages, data loss, lost profits, or business interruptions arising from your use of few.bio. You agree to indemnify us against claims arising from your content or your violation of these terms.

7. Intellectual Property

The few.bio name, logo, and site design belong to Encoded LLC. You retain ownership of the content you upload to your page, but grant us a limited license to host, display, and transmit it as needed to operate the service. Please respect the intellectual property rights of others when publishing content on your page — see our DMCA policy for reporting infringement.

8. Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account and page at any time for violations of these terms, our Acceptable Use Policy, or for other reasons we deem necessary to protect few.bio or its users. To request account deletion, email [email protected] from the address associated with your account. If you have a paid subscription, cancel it through the billing portal in your dashboard or contact us for help.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date. Continued use of few.bio after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. We may also modify or discontinue features of the service at any time.
