Report copyright infringement
few.bio, operated by Encoded LLC (OH LLC No. 5680361), respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects users to do the same on their pages. If content on a few.bio page — including links, text, images, or embeds — infringes your copyright, you may submit a takedown notice under the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA).
What to include
To be effective, your notice must include:
- The URL of the few.bio page containing the infringing content
- A description of the copyrighted work you believe has been infringed
- Your contact information (name, mailing address, telephone number, and email address, if available)
- A statement that you have a good-faith belief the use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law
- A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on their behalf
- Your physical or electronic signature
Send your notice
Email your notice to [email protected]. We review notices and may remove or disable access to identified material when appropriate. We will notify the page owner when required by the DMCA.
Counter-notices and repeat infringement
If you believe material was removed because of mistake or misidentification, email a counter-notice to the same address. Include your name, address, telephone number, signature, identification of the removed material and where it appeared, a statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good-faith belief it was removed by mistake or misidentification, and a statement consenting to the appropriate federal court's jurisdiction and to service of process from the person who submitted the original notice. We may forward a valid counter-notice to that person and restore material in accordance with the DMCA.
We may terminate accounts of repeat infringers in appropriate circumstances.
