Today, ICANN just published the 2026 new gTLD applications! Wiz & Associates filed a community priority application for the .bitcoin TLD, on behalf of the people and organizations that run, build, and provide the infrastructure, software, and services of the Bitcoin network. 🧵
I did a full audit of Liquid's blockchain using elements-23.3.4 with "Range proof cache disabled via -norangeproofcache" from block 0 to 4054253 so I could independently verify that Liquid's blockchain contains no fraudulent LBTC or other assets and I got the correct chain tip 👍

We successfully submitted the ICANN .bitcoin TLD application for Community Priority Evaluation with over 50+ letters of endorsement from within the community, together with several high-level letters of recognition. ICANN will reveal our full application sometime in November 2026
