Hence, non-Jordanian investors' ownership in companies listed on ASE as of end of September 2026 represented 46.0% of the total market value, of which 32.8% for institutional investors including companies, institutions and funds.
1 (Petra) -- The Amman Stock Exchange (ASE) recorded exceptional performance in 2025, with its general index rising 45.1 percent to 3,611.6 points at year-end from 2,488.8 points at the end of 2024, its highest level since 2007.
The Amman Stock Exchange (ASE) has conducted the periodic quarterly review of the ASE indices constituents in purpose of ensuring that these indices reflect the market performance and the trading activity of the listed companies.
ASEExecutive Director Mazen Wathaifi Wednesday said the index had climbed from 2,488 points at the end of 2024. Bloomberg data also ranked the ASE first among Arab markets and 13th globally in stock-market performance during 2025, he added.
