What are Credits?
Credits are used to access AI creation features on Wink Web. Some AI features consume Credits when processing images or videos.
The number of Credits required may vary by feature and processing tier. You can check the required Credit amount before starting a task.
When will my subscription Credits be issued?
Credits are issued immediately after your subscription starts. After that, Credits are issued each billing cycle based on your billing date.
For example, if you subscribe on the 10th of this month, you'll receive Credits immediately for the current cycle and normally receive the next cycle's Credits on the 10th of the following month.
Do Credits expire?
Yes. Credits issued through Wink Creative Plan are valid for 31 days. Expired Credits will not be refunded or reissued.
What should I do if I don’t have enough Credits?
If your Credit balance is insufficient, the page will prompt you to upgrade your plan or add more Credits.
Credit add-ons or one-time Credit purchases are shown based on your subscription status. Users without an active Wink Creative Plan usually need to subscribe first before adding more Credits.
How does Wink Web consume Credits?
Wink Web consumes Credits based on the AI feature and processing tier you use.
If you have enough Credits, the required amount will be deducted when you start processing. If your Credits are insufficient, you will be prompted to upgrade or add more Credits before continuing.
How do I manage or cancel auto-renewal?
If you subscribed on Wink Web, go to "Renewal Management" at the bottom of the subscription page to manage or cancel your subscription.
