Free web proxy

Browse the web through Veil

Type any address below. Veil fetches the page for you — no install, no account, no trace of your address on the sites you visit.

Veil runs entirely in your browser tab. There's nothing to download and nothing to sign up for.

Sites see Veil's servers, not your address. We strip referrers and never keep a request log.

Type an address, hit Go, and you're browsing. Works on school, work, or shared networks.

How it works

Type the site you want in the box above and press Go.

Our servers request the page, so the site only sees Veil.

Links, forms and images keep working — all through Veil.

›Is Veil really free?

Yes. There are no accounts, no paywalls and no request logs tied to you.

›Should I log in to sites through Veil?

We recommend against entering passwords or payment details — Veil is for casual, public browsing, not for handling your credentials.

›Why do some sites look broken?

Heavy web apps and streaming sites don't always work through a proxy. Text, news and reference sites work best.
