My work covers both architecture and hands-on engineering across domains including geospatial positioning, security systems and e-commerce infrastructure. I have worked with teams ranging from small specialist groups to large, multi-disciplinary engineering organizations.
Working directly with clients, my day-to-day involves building engineering teams and evaluating the technologies a project is built on. I'm often moving between architecture, hands-on development and operations as needed.
I also advise and invest in a small number of technology companies. Working together with founders on architecture, engineering and the balance between product priorities and technical constraints.
