I haven’t soldered anything since school. When we decluttered the flat some years ago, I gave away all the soldering gear of my dad. But this year, I finally soldered again. I upgraded my electric toothbrush with a much bigger battery, going from an aging 700 mAh to 2300 mAh.

When I’m on my bike and do a little evening tour, I often follow the same routes. Some variations here and there, but not too many. On Friday, I did more of a detour from my usual paths. I went along a beautiful lake in Braunschweig towards Wolfenbüttel and then through a little forest next to where I studied. After that, I went back home using the way I regularly rode with my pedelec going back from university.
