Intent-to-Interface: Adaptive AI Workspace An interface that reshapes itself around the user’s current goal THE PROBLEM Modern applications make users navigate fixed dashboards, menus, filters, and workflows—even when their goals differ. Finding the right information can take more effort than completing the task itself. THE CHALLENGE Build an AI-powered adaptive workspace that understands a user’s current intent and dynamically arranges the interface around the task they are trying to accomplish. EXAMPLE: PREPARE FOR A CLIENT MEETING The user says: “I need to prepare tomorrow’s client meeting.” The workspace could bring together a client overview, recent communication, open issues, product usage, the previous meeting, suggested talking points, and relevant actions. EXPECTED CAPABILITIES • Understand user intent and clarify ambiguity when needed • Select relevant information and tools • Dynamically arrange UI components for the task • Generate task-specific interfaces while preserving a consistent design system • Adapt as the user’s goal changes • Explain why particular information and actions were surfaced DEMO REQUIREMENT Start with a generic dashboard. Give the system three different tasks—for example, prepare for a client meeting, investigate a drop in product usage, and review overdue project work. Show the interface reorganising itself for each task. DESIGN EXPECTATIONS The result should remain usable, coherent, and accessible. It should not simply generate a page of text: it should select and arrange interface components that actually support the task. WHAT A STRONG SOLUTION SHOWS Accurate intent detection, useful component selection, smooth adaptation, consistent visual design, and understandable explanations for interface changes. CORE CHALLENGE Build an interface that adapts to the user’s goal instead of forcing the user to adapt to the interface

SALES IS HARD CO. – LOGO AND IDENTITY DESIGN BRIEF
CONFIDENTIAL UNTIL LAUNCH
The company name below has not been announced yet. Please don't share it, post it publicly, or use it in your portfolio until we say so.
THE JOB IN ONE LINE
Design a logo system for a new company name: a primary logo, a horizontal version, and a small icon that works everywhere from a browser tab to a hat.
ABOUT US
Sales Is Hard Co. builds sales systems for owner‑led B2B companies in Ontario and then stays to coach the team until those systems stick. We're a small, hands‑on firm. The founder spent most of his career running teams inside businesses, and the work happens on shop floors and in sales meetings, not in boardrooms.
Who we're talking to: owners of B2B companies, usually $5M and up, many in manufacturing, distribution, trades, and industrial services. They're practical, skeptical of consultants, and allergic to anything that looks corporate or slick.
Brand personality: blunt, warm, practical, and a little irreverent. The name says what owners already feel. The brand should look like it means it: solid, confident, and plain‑spoken.
Our line: "Sales is hard. We stay for the hard part."
THE NAME
Sales Is Hard Co.
The logo can read "Sales Is Hard" without the "Co." We use "Co." in formal settings like contracts and proposals. The name is a statement, and we like that. We'd like the logo to feel like a statement too.
WHAT WE NEED
1. Primary logo. Used on social, merch, presentation covers, and signage.
2. Horizontal version. For website headers, proposals, and email signatures.
3. Icon. A small standalone mark for LinkedIn and social avatars, the website favicon, embroidery on hats, stickers, and small merchandise. This will be used more than anything else, so it matters most.
All three should clearly belong to one family.
PREFERENCES AND STARTING POINTS
- Colour: we currently use navy (#151D2C) and orange (#EA774B) with a cream background (#FFFDEB). We like this palette.

CAPLUDE is a newly filed consumer brand for a social‑networking and online marketplace platform. I’m looking for an experienced brand identity designer to create a distinctive, modern identity that can work across web, iOS, Android, social media, and marketing.
The project should include:
- a custom wordmark
- a standalone symbol/app icon
- a combination mark
- a color palette
- typography direction
- light/dark/monochrome variants
- a concise brand guide with production‑ready vector assets
The app icon is especially important: it should be simple, memorable, recognizable at small sizes, and strong enough to stand on its own without the wordmark.
I’m looking for an identity that feels contemporary, trustworthy, and consumer‑friendly without looking generic or overly corporate. Originality matters more than trendiness.
One important constraint: the visual identity should avoid resemblance to CapCut, including similar ribbon/X‑shaped iconography or a confusingly similar overall visual impression.
I’d like to see 2–3 thoughtful creative directions, then refine one into the final identity system.
Please share relevant work in branding for mobile apps, SaaS, social platforms, marketplaces, or consumer technology, along with your process, availability, timeline, and approximate project fee.

Bestselling author, international speaker, teacher and podcast host in the personal development and manifestation space.
We already have an existing Squarespace website and are not looking for a complete rebrand or an overly complicated rebuild. We are looking for an exceptional designer to take what we currently have and significantly elevate it into something that feels polished, premium, modern and internationally credible.
We host large-scale live events and luxury retreats internationally, have a published book, a growing podcast and community, and an upcoming television show. With significantly more exposure expected over the coming months, we want the website to properly reflect the level the brand has now reached.
We have a large library of exceptional professional photography and cinematic video footage, including recently filmed footage from a 500-person event in Barcelona, so there are fantastic assets available to work with.
We love the impact and polish of websites, particularly the use of strong imagery, video, typography, movement and storytelling, but we want the website to have its own identity. It should feel sophisticated, cinematic, editorial and premium rather than like a traditional coaching or wellness website.
The site needs to showcase live events and retreats, his book, speaking, podcast, community and other key areas of his work in a simple and visually impressive way.
