PHE Tops J&K Power Defaulters With Rs 1,476 Crore Dues

Srinagar- The Public Health Engineering Department (PHE) has emerged as the largest defaulter in payment of power tariffs among Jammu and Kashmir government departments, with outstanding dues of Rs 1,476.11 crore, according to government data.
